Previously I ran Startmate which is Australia's most powerful startup network. I'm now a Partner and help invest in 20-30 early-stage companies each year and help them grow. We also run the Startmate Fellowship to apply the magic of the network to people's careers.

Before that, I was based in the US where I helped scale Khan Academy from YouTube success to the biggest ed-tech organisation in the world. As VP of Strategy and Ops, I built the BD and Adoption (Marketing) functions and ran the Educator/Classroom business.
