I am a Co-Founder and Managing Director of Georgian, in that role I sit on the investment committee of the firm, oversee fund operations, legal, talent, fundraising and LP relationships for the fund. I also oversee all financial-related activities involved in the identification, due diligence and post investment support of portfolio investments.

Prior to Georgian, I spent five years as CEO running a high growth software company and five years at a merchant banking firm where I was responsible for winning and accelerating a broad range of investments.

I received my Certified Financial Analyst designation in 1998 and was previously on the Board of the Canadian Venture Capital Association. I received a BSc at Queen’s University and hold a degree in computer science at University of Calgary.
