Prior to cofounding Acclinate, Del dedicated nearly fifteen years to higher education as a business professor and then Dean of a business school. His research on success factors of minority-owned businesses has been published in journals such as the Journal of Business Research and the Journal of Developmental Entrepreneurship.
Del is a U.S. Army veteran and holds a Ph.D. in Business from the University of Alabama.
