As a team of 14, we founded apaleo, a management platform and app store for the hospitality industry in January 2017.
Before apaleo I was running the business model contest THE VENTURE. This #PatentMeetsFounder contest was building tech startups and helped IP owners to commercialize their patents.
In my first role in the startup environment I was acting as Chief Product Officer of a Munich-based sports startup. The challenge has been to build a marketplace matching professional sports coaches and clubs with athletes.
In the past I was working as a management consultant in marketing and pricing. My consulting career started at Simon-Kucher & Partners, the global leader for pricing consulting. Also I was acting as an independent pricing consultant for German SMBs.
