Matthew Mezger United States -

Matthew is a seasoned trader, product specialist and technologist with a 20+ year track record in the global financial markets with experience in algorithmic trading, digital assets, fixed income, ETFs, and portfolio trading. Throughout his career, he has covered the US, Europe, and Asia at top-tier institutional investment banks.

Matthew is currently Chief Product Officer at Dakko AI. Previously Matthew was Director, Head of Trading at DCG, where he focuses on developing algorithmic trading strategies for digital assets and technology buildout of the underlying trading platform. Prior to that, his team at Deutsche Bank incubated and scaled an $800 million algo trading platform to the top 7 and a portfolio trading business to the top 5. Additionally, Matthew has managed large financial technology engineering teams at Deutsche Bank and Barclays Capital to build institutional-grade trading platforms that traded multiple billions in daily volume.

Matthew started his career in chemical engineering. He holds a BS in Engineering from Queensland University and a Masters in Finance from FINSIA.
