Jon Carr-Harris is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of CRED, which he founded and initially seeded. Previously, Jon was the Co-Founder and CEO of Swish Labs & Ventures, a technology consulting firm and venture group specializing in financial services and marketplace innovations. Under his leadership, Swish developed groundbreaking technology solutions for industry-leading organizations including Prudential, Nasdaq, Gatorade, and HSBC.

Jon was the first investor and a key founding team member of Thorchain, a financial exchange launched in 2018, which delivered a unicorn exit for its investors.

He previously managed a fund that specialized in investing in innovative income share agreements tailored specifically for professional athletes across Europe and the UK.

Jon also served as Head of Product Development for Lovely, a real estate marketplace acquired by RentPath in 2014. At Lovely, he pioneered innovative applications utilizing machine learning, quantitative analytics, and mobile technology.

His career began by advising prominent technology companies such as Airbnb, Khan Academy, and Kik, providing strategic insights and technical expertise.

Recognized widely as an expert in fintech, marketplace platforms, entrepreneurship, and startup investment, Jon actively mentors entrepreneurs within the startup ecosystem. He studied at McGill University and Stanford University.
