Detecting weapons and saving lives by building really small radars and bringing airport-level security to the masses. MIT roots, FCC license, DoD contracts, some π‘Ÿπ‘’π‘Žπ‘™π‘™π‘¦ π‘π‘œπ‘œπ‘™ demos, and a world-class team that prefers solving β€œimpossible” over β€œincremental”, and doing so at breakneck speed. Step one in the Terahertz Takeover.

As a PhD researcher in the Terahertz Integrated Electronics group at MIT, I demonstrated the highest performance Terahertz phased antenna array to-date, with 10k antennas, and developed the first THz circuits in Intel's 22nm FinFET process. I demo'ed the first solid-state Terahertz radar imager, featured in MIT news, Techcrunch and others. As a Master's student at MIT I worked on acoustic metamaterials and energy harvesting. As a design engineer at Microsoft Xbox I focused on time of flight sensors (Xbox Kinect), high-volume manufacturing and audio electronics. Previous research focused on thin-film photovoltaics, Organic LEDs, quantum dots, and carbon nanotubes.

Entrepreneurial experience includes conceptual, design, architectural, feasibility and integration work in CTO, employee, consultant, technical due diligence, and advisory roles.

I am also a licensed commercial pilot, with multi engine, instrument, and ground instructor ratings
