- Beckett Collectibles: Transformed Beckett into a tech products powerhouse, generating an additional $40MM in ARR through innovations like a data & analytics platform, Beckett Collect SAAS, and a patent-backed NFT product, achieving a 25x EBITDA valuation increase.

- Kaspien (KSPN): Turned around negative EBITDA to +3% within one year through new product launches. Revenue shifted from -25% YoY in 2019 to +28% in 2020, propelling the stock from $2 to $50 per share, delivering +450% return to shareholders.

- Microsoft’s World Wide Learning: Grew a previously flat top line by 20% and transitioned a 300+ person services organization to a tech-driven model within 6 months.

- Amazon Fashion: Achieved 25% YoY growth, expanding revenue from $200M to $300M with a 5% EBITDA improvement.
