Steven worked as an investment and operations associate at Beyond Capital Ventures from 2022-2024, where he conducted due diligence, deal sourcing, market research, fund operations, and portfolio management for venture capital investments in India and Africa. His background as an acquisition professional in the Air Force, working on contracting and procurement projects across Europe, Africa, and Asia, has shaped his passion for emerging markets and defense technology. Armed with a Master's degree in Public Policy from Harvard University, a MSc in International Business Administration from SOAS University of London, as well as a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and financial modeling certifications, Steven leverages his skills and expertise to drive positive social and economic impact in the regions and sectors he engages with.

As a consultant, Steven worked with a diverse range of clients, including Beyond Capital Ventures, Precision ISR (a defense consulting firm), Resilinc (specializing in supply chain management), and other start-ups and defense tech firms. In these roles, he provides strategic guidance and project management services, contributing to the growth, efficiency, and value creation for these organizations.
