I have two decades' experience in energy systems and building information systems and platforms.

I am a company founder, advisor, strategy facilitator, and keynote speaker on decarbonization technology, policy, markets, and strategy. I am co-founder of Halcyon, an AI-assisted search and information platform that helps those navigating the energy transition and decarbonization. I am also a member of the advisory boards of Arcadia and Ember.

I spent 15 years with BloombergNEF, joining prior to New Energy Finance's acquisition by Bloomberg in 2009. There, I covered US markets, solar, and global executive strategy, concluding my time as the group's Chief Content Officer. While at BloombergNEF I began my weekly writing as well, which later moved to Bloomberg Opinion and then, Bloomberg Green. I wrote that column for nearly a decade, reaching nearly 300,000 subscribers.
