I have driven and been part of huge cloud and culture transformations at Google, Adobe, and IBM and now at New Relic. As a two-time winner of the best people leader award at Google and as a top channel Influencer recognized by CRN and Channel Futures, I am a first-principle thinker, an optimist and a global leader known to bring clarity, set a vision, and to build border-less hyper-performing teams with a very high physiological safety.
