Imagine Pediatrics is a tech-enabled, multidisciplinary, pediatrician-led medical group providing fully integrated virtual
and in-home care to children with special health care needs.

We don’t replace a child’s existing care team. We engage and coordinate with network providers, specialists, caregivers, and community partners to expand access to the integrated 24/7 medical, behavioral, and social care
and support that children deserve.

Our services are available to patients in Texas, Florida, and Washington D.C.

As a healthcare leader, I’m deeply committed to delivering better outcomes for children and the people who care for them. My work centers on expanding access to integrated medical, behavioral, and social care, especially for the very deserving, underserved population of children with special health care needs.

At Imagine Pediatrics, I have the privilege of leading our operations and strategic direction, while also focusing on scaling our reach and advancing our mission to create a better pediatric healthcare system for children and families who need it most. We’re building a new model of pediatric care – one that meets families where they are, leverages technology and data, and prioritizes human connection.

Prior to Imagine Pediatrics, I co-founded and led AIM Clinics, a provider of Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) services for children with autism in historically underserved communities. Over four years, I led AIM’s growth from a single clinic in Arkansas to more than 25 clinics across five states. After our merger with Hopebridge Autism Therapy Centers, I continued to serve as Chief Strategy Officer and now support the organization as a member of its Clinical Advisory Board.

Before dedicating my career to reimagining pediatric health, I spent time in healthcare finance and investing, experiences that gave me a deep understanding of how innovation, scale, and mission can come together to transform lives.

Every child deserves a care system that sees them, supports them, and sets them up to thrive. That belief drives everything I do.
