We founded In-House so hospitals can again become the employer of choice for nurses. We started with a predictive, clinically precise scheduling system. Within weeks of implementation, In-House saves nurse managers 5+ hours per week, and saves the hospital >10% of labor costs, $800K for an average single facility, by building better shifts.
