In my previous avatar, I led real estate investments at Piramal Capital, where I have closely witnessed the good, bad & ugly of Indian real estate (especially Mumbai & Bangalore markets).
Having seen the lack of viable investment options for Indian investors apart from real estate, gold & mutual funds, I tempted to launch Jiraaf. At Jiraaf, we are on a mission to bring high return fixed income opportunities to real investors, that are currently open only to Institutions/ HNIs.
