Every enterprise has the data to prevent its worst failures. Almost none of them can act on it in time.

For most of my career, I operated inside large, complex systems. Scaling them. Optimizing them. Holding together the parts that did not quite fit.

I spent six years at Salesforce, leading experience design and professional services organizations. I later served as COO at Copado, helping enterprise teams ship software without the chaos of release days. What I kept seeing was not a lack of intelligence or effort. The problems were structural.

The hardest failures were not happening inside systems. They were happening between them.

Signals existed. Data existed. However, much of it was dead data. It lived in reports and dashboards long after the moment to act had passed. Teams did the right work too late. Not because they did not care, but because the systems around them were built to explain what happened, not help them act sooner.

Kosmos is the company I started to work on that problem directly. Kosmos embeds intelligence into enterprise execution so teams can act earlier and with better context.

I am focused on building durable systems that strengthen judgment under pressure. Not dashboards. Not noise. Not automation without accountability. This is long term work.

Prediction has to be earned. Explanation has to be grounded. Trust compounds before scale.

Outside of work, I am a husband, father, home cook, and a lifelong Chicago Bears fan.
