Lyte is the perception layer of Physical AI. We build end-to-end vision systems that let robots see, understand, and operate safely in the physical world.
Our vertically integrated platform unifies custom silicon, 4D sensors, and AI into a modular, plug-and-play solution. Scalable perception that arrives ready to deploy.
We serve robotics companies building the next generation of autonomous systems, from industrial automation to last-mile delivery.
Perception, Evolved.

I build perception systems that allow machines to understand and operate in the physical world.
The technologies I’ve worked on have shipped in billions of devices, including the 3D sensing architecture behind Microsoft Kinect and Face ID, now used across Apple devices worldwide.
I co-founded PrimeSense and served as its CTO, leading the development of depth-sensing technology. Apple acquired PrimeSense in 2013 and I continued this work at Apple as a Distinguished Engineer, leading the development of imaging technologies deployed at global scale.
At Lyte, I’m focused on building the perception infrastructure for Physical AI—systems that enable machines to see, understand, and operate reliably in the real world.
Lyte is being built by a rare concentration of talent across silicon, optics, software, AI, and system-level integration, supported by proven expertise in advanced packaging and scaled manufacturing. I’m fortunate to be building this company alongside partners I deeply respect, with a shared commitment to technical rigor and long-term impact.
I hold degrees in Physics, Computer Science, and Electrical Engineering from Tel Aviv University, pursued graduate studies in Physics at MIT, and am listed as an inventor on over 250 granted and pending patents spanning 3D sensing, silicon photonics, depth imaging, biometric authentication, and semiconductor architecture.
We’re entering an era where machines won’t just compute—they’ll perceive and act in the physical world. It’s the problem I’ve spent my career working on, and it’s the focus of what we’re building at Lyte.
