At MEGA, our mission is to revolutionize the debt collection industry by automating time-consuming tasks and enhancing their efficiency. My co-founder, Martin Nielsen, and I bring over 40 years of combined experience in sales and operations leadership, having successfully scaled teams of 100+ representatives.
Recognizing the transformative potential of AI voice technology, we've developed a specialized, vertically-focused approach to delivering custom-built language models and exclusive training data sets. This allows us to provide a superior experience tailored to the unique needs of callcenter teams - unlike generalist platforms.
Our vision aligns with the thesis outlined by leading venture capital firm Andreessen Horowitz. They believe voice interfaces powered by AI can drive significant productivity gains, reduce labor costs, and enable new forms of human-AI interaction in both B2B and B2C realms.
I have been building several successful software companies. In 2017, I founded Nexcom, a CX automation and quality monitoring platform that went public on Nasdaq in 2021 after three strategic acquisitions. I also co-founded the AML/KYC company Creditro, which was acquired by Visma in 2022.
Previously, I served as CEO of the Danish branch of call center giant GoExcellent (now Concentrix), leading a team of 600 providing technical support and customer service.
