Ms. Russell has also served as an executive at technology start ups within various stages of growth, where she's built the company's foundation & co-founded new businesses to scale operations & revenues.

In this capacity, she worked as an executive at a hypergrowth technology unicorn, launching their ghost kitchens business to support company's continued capital raise.
She helped founders in California design their community-focused electric vehicle (EV) car sharing business & scale nation-wide. Driving equity capital restructuring & and execution of new public grant programs with a combined value of over $44M.

As an active member of the Global New Mobility Coalition with the World Economic Forum, Galina is passionate about the collaboration between the public and private sector organizations to pioneer the transformation from traditional transportation to modes of shared electric and micro mobility.

She actively represents female leaders in the mobility and energy space. In conjunction with her career, she remains involved with non-profits supporting youth in foster care and appears as a guest speaker at events.

Galina is well traveled and multilingual speaking her native Russian and English, as well as advanced Mandarin (Chinese) and Spanish.
Ms. Russell holds a B.S. from the University of Massachusetts in Amherst in Business Administration and Chinese Language, and a language certificate from Harvard University in Cambridge.
