A leader of leaders in the creative industry I have developed my skills and experience within this field for over 15 years. I have worked with a spectrum of project and team management styles; from the rigid organization within the army, to the team focused Agile processes used in the games industry. I have not only received extensive leadership training but also gained valuable management experience through practical use on numerous projects leading teams from 5 to 110 people. In combination with this experience, I use the analytical skill set I’ve acquired through my master’s degree in Law to constantly improve processes and pipelines to ensure constant improvement. As a manager, leader and negotiator I believe that the best results are achieved through involvement and distributed ownership to all team members. Above all I stride to always be a good example of my core values; passion and professionalism.
