For more than 25 years Tracey has developed strategies and technologies, (that twice landed her previous agency Fastspot on Inc. 5000’s Fastest Growing Companies list) while building long-lasting, collaborative relationships with clients such as Yale University, ConocoPhillips, Loma Linda University Health and Johns Hopkins. She is an accomplished writer, painter, speaker and leader, utilizing her blend of creativity and business expertise to cultivate cultural and team-focused synergies that produce outstanding results.

Tracey also led the creation and evolution of the popular open-source content management system BigTree. This software is used by clients such as Breckenridge Financial, Sheppard Pratt Health Care Systems, the International Spy Museum, Maryland Institute College of Art and the American Beverage Association, among hundreds of other nationally established organizations.

Her true passion is in exploring the intersection of creativity and innovation. After successfully exiting her own agency, she has gone on to co-found Return Solutions, a SaaS startup. As Return's Co-Founder and Chief Experience Officer, Tracey is focused on customer experiences that intuitively connect a client's organizational and individual user needs, which build stronger internal relationships and enable more successful business engagements.
