I find it insane that clinicians today waste 40% of their time on admin, and that we as a society waste 3% of global GDP on healthcare admin. Rising costs, shortages of clinicians, and an aging population only makes matters worse. If nothing is significantly improved, healthcare standards will be much worse in the future - there's simply not enough resources to go around.

Tandem Health is fixing this - building the AI native operating system of clinics. It is clear that AI in the LLM era will completely revolutionize care delivery and workflows. Not only because it can, but because it has to. We seek to be the trusted AI partner of care organizations through this transformational journey.

Previously, I started and led McKinsey's Healthcare Analytics practice in the Nordics - supporting healthcare clients on digitization and AI topics. I have a background in computer science, having worked with machine learning at Spotify and during my studies founded an algorithmic trading company.
