Zendo Energy is on a mission to decarbonise computing power.

As AI adoption accelerates, data centres face rising energy costs, unpredictable workloads, and the challenge of operating in increasingly volatile power markets.

Zendo’s software solutions help data centres adapt - optimising energy use with real-time, predictive analytics and unlocking new revenue streams from behind-the-meter assets. We reduce costs, cut emissions, and help operators support the grid - without ever compromising uptime or core performance.

By turning energy from a cost center into a competitive edge, we're enabling data centres to become smarter, more efficient and ready for the future of computing demand.

Jade Batstone United Kingdom -

I’m a Silicon Valley native with extensive experience scaling innovative B2B software products. My career has spanned continents, industries, and missions - the common thread has always been building technology that drives real-world impact.

Today I’m the CEO and co-founder of Zendo Energy, a startup on a mission to decarbonise computing power. We're building the world’s first Energy OS for data centers, helping infrastructure operators transition to clean, intelligent energy systems.

Before founding Zendo, I led strategy and development at Unicorn Andela, a Softbank-backed global talent marketplace, helping to scale a company at the forefront of the future of work.

Prior to Andela, I led commercial teams and defined product strategy for Square’s UK expansion, helping to bring modern payment tools to thousands of British businesses. I also served as Head of SWIFT’s Product Innovation Lab, where I built and led teams developing software to solve critical challenges across the financial services industry.

I began my career in social impact, working with organizations like Not For Sale and Causes.com to expand economic inclusion and mobilize global communities. That early mission-driven focus continues to guide me - I’m inspired by ventures that pair commercial scale with positive societal outcomes.

Outside of work, you’ll usually find teaching yoga or else in the great outdoors - running, hiking, or cycling. I’m always looking to connect with curious, values-driven people building what’s next!
