A few years ago, I had no background in tech or research, but I was hooked on two things: entrepreneurship and understanding what makes people tick. That curiosity led me to earn a PhD in Consumer Research and eventually start my own AI-driven customer insights company.

Today, I’m exploring how AI can help businesses better understand and predict customer preferences—using data to make more informed decisions. The idea is simple: what if managers could tap into digital versions of their customers to test ideas and challenge assumptions?
